[目的] 腫瘍浸潤間質細胞 (Tumor-In 丘 litrating StromaCells, TISC) は, 腫瘍と同様に腫瘍環境下
での免疫抑制の一因を担っていると考えられてきた. しかし, uSC は腫瘍内に含有される割合が
少なく分離が難しいために, 今まで詳しく解析されてこなかった. また, 腫瘍環境下での免疫抑制を
